Our commission structure is flexible and is based on the current market conditions and the nature ,condition and location of the property. It takes more than just time and money to market a home or business. We are always willing to negotiate a fee structure or commission to meet your needs .........as well as our own.

Will I Qualify for the Rewards Program ?

The Edward Boyle Realty Rewards Program is not unique to the world of real estate but is without match here in the Twin Cities. The purpose of the program was originally to retain the business of our clients who were selling their home through Edward Boyle Realty but were inclined to select another Broker or Realtor to assist them in the purchase of their new home. In order to retain their business, we offered them a generous "Reward" due upon the closing of their new home based upon the commission paid to Edward Boyle Realty. To qualify you must list and buy with Edward Boyle Realty as your exclusive Broker. The property must be residential.
